This has led to me now creating my "Feminine Calm & Inner Peace" meditation series to share with you the simple & effective practises that I developed & used to connect to my feminine inner calm & peace. These meditation practises have been inspired & adapted from many different spiritual teachings including teachings of the sacred feminine from various traditional cultures.
